Search objects across spaces

/v2/search

Type keys and option names resolve per space; unresolved spaces produce warnings. Searches loaded spaces using query as full text over names and indexed content. total is a lower bound when clipped; use has_more to request further pages. Warnings report loading or unavailable stores. Each row carries space_id.
